Situated only 5 minutes walking distance from the Old Town, overlooking the sea, surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation thanks to our beautiful garden, you will find the perfect place of peace and quiet to spend your vacation at. You can use the terrace for just relaxation or, as many of our guests do, to grill or prepare your own food, enjoying the rustic ambiance of this small oasis we have created just for you.. We offer you one apartment and 3 rooms for rent, all well equiped and fully furnished. The apartment consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. All other rooms have a bathroom, but no kitchen. All accommmodation units have air conditioning and central heating, enabling us to offer our accommodations for rent all year round. As already mentioned, our terrace and garden, who won the price as the best decorated garden in Dubrovnikare at your disposal during your stay.
