Helen's Hamptons is an open plan, light filled home that captures the ocean breeze and the soft sounds of the nearby Tallows beach that will lull you to sleep in the evenings. Designed with the unique climate and environment of the area in mind, this home is ideal all year round. Open up the bi-fold doors to create an indoor / outdoor living experience. A true home away from home. The space The master bedroom upstairs has a private balcony, en-suite and TV. The garden bedroom has doors that open up into the garden. Bedroom 3 at the front of the house has a private balcony facing the reserve and can be closed off from the living area. *Please note that this bedroom has one single bed and one single trundle bed (a proper single mattress on a roll away trundle base) - best suited to a child. The living area TV has free-to-air, Netflix, DVD and indoor / outdoor surround sound. The indoor / outdoor dining area sits along the edge of the 12 meter lap pool. The kitchen is well stocked including a teppanyaki plate, Ilve oven and a Cordon Bleu BBQ in the outdoor area adjacent to the kitchen. * Decorated Christmas tree provided for Christmas bookings * Guest access There is no access to the garage. Also, on the side of the house, on the same level as the garage (the property is split over 3 levels) is a self contained studio with seperate access which is permanently rented. The main garden and pool are all yours to enjoy. Other things to note This is not a party house - Noise levels must be kept to a respectful level at all times. It is not a ‘hotel’, we provide cleaning products should you need them but we can assist to arrange additional cleans at guest expense. This is a beautiful home best suited to families or to people looking to relax and enjoy the down to earth Byron / Suffolk lifestyle. Please also note that we do not have air-conditioning.
