Come and get a change of scenery by the sea, summer and winter. The space The apartment consists of an entrance with a sleeping area equipped with 2 bunk beds. (90x190) A bathroom with integrated shower and separate toilet complete the entrance. You then enter the living room. The living room in cocooning mode will welcome you with a double sofa bed (160 x 200). The fully equipped kitchen is located in this living room bathed in light. An independent bedroom is adjacent to the living room (140 x 190 bed) The covered terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors all year round. The garden offers a small green area that is very popular with travelers, as sunbathing at aperitif time or in the evening awaits you. The terrace gate overlooks the residence garden and has direct access to the lagoon beach. You will be lulled by the sound of the waves. An outdoor water point will allow you to rinse off when returning from the beach. The residence is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area also has a paddling pool for little ones during the summer period. It is open from June 1 to September 30 Pets allowed: 1 dog only The natural beach to the south is allowed for dogs kept on a leash. It is a short walk from the lagoon beach and therefore from the apartment Guest access You have access to the whole place but also to the common areas: the swimming pool and the pool for young children, the surroundings of the residences and the maintained lawns, the secure parking inside the residence and the bicycle garages. In summer you will have access to the Cala beach bar next to the residence, which is on the beach. Its access is free and offers snacks.
