You are in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés just minutes from the famous Place du Théâtre de l 'Odéon and the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg. The 43 m2 apartment, refurbished, is located on the first floor with elevator of an 18th century building. The space I am delighted that you have chosen the apartment at 3 rue Crebillon to spend a few days in Paris. You are here in an 18th century building that is part of the Hotel de Condé. The Hotel de Condé occupied a vast space, including buildings and a garden, between the Palais du Luxembourg and Abbey of Saint-Germain in the Faubourg of the same name. The apartment is therefore minutes away from the famous Place du Théâtre de l 'Odéon and the beautiful Luxembourg garden. It is ideal garden for morning jogging, late morning sunbathing, reading in the shade of trees... You are in the heart of Saint Germain from its art galleries, cinemas, bars, restaurants and shops but also close to the Seine, the Louvre and its gardens. The Champs Elysées, Place de la Concorde and many museums are within walking distance. The square de l 'Odéon just minutes away has many bus stops and Metro Lines 4 and 10. To reach Orly and Roissy airports, the RERB station Luxembourg is less than a 10-minute walk away. The apartment consists of an entrance/bedroom, living room and kitchen that communicate without doors and a bathroom with independent toilet. It opens, through windows that are all flowery, on the street and on a paved and wooded courtyard. This part of the neighborhood is quiet and the nights are quiet.
