Other things to note Guest Responsibilities and House Rules During the stay, the Guest is expected to follow all applicable check-in and check-out procedures and present valid identification when required. The apartment must be treated with care and kept in good condition at all times. The accommodation should remain hygienic, clean, safe, and free from damage. All fire safety, hygiene, and occupancy regulations must be respected. Any urgent issues, such as leaks or situations that may present a fire risk, must be reported to Cityden Aparthotels immediately. Failure to promptly report such matters may result in the Guest being held liable for any additional damage that occurs as a consequence. The Guest is not permitted to modify the property or its installations in any way. This includes making minor alterations such as placing nails, attaching stickers, or carrying out any other changes to the accommodation. Guests must refrain from causing noise, disturbance, or nuisance. Hosting additional guests is only allowed with prior written consent from Cityden. Smoking and the use of drugs on the premises are strictly prohibited. The use or creation of open flames, including candles, incense, oil burners, or similar items, is not allowed. Pets may only be kept if explicitly approved by Cityden Aparthotels. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to a penalty of up to €300 per incident, per day. Violations may also result in the immediate termination of the stay and denial of further access to the accommodation, without any right to refund or compensation. The Guest may be held liable for any damages suffered by Cityden Aparthotels as a result of such violations.
