Its ideal location will allow you to enjoy: fine sandy beaches, historical monuments, the famous ramparts, restaurants and many shops. Plage du Bon Secours 150 meters away and 50 meters from all food shops and boutiques. You can get everywhere on foot. Market every Tuesday and Friday at the Halle au Blé. Located on the 2nd floor (1st floor and a half from the entrance of the building) in a granite building typical of the old town. The apartment is quiet, very well equipped, very bright, full of charm, with a neat decoration with original parquet, it will allow you to fully enjoy your stay with all the desired comfort. The apartment is perfect for either couples or families with children. Designed for 2-4 people, the apartment includes 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a large double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large closed closet, balcony access. Bedroom 2 with 2 single bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) A crib and high chair on request. Each bed is equipped with a duvet, pillows (four for the queen size bed) and mattress protector. In the living room you will have a swivel TV (visible from the table and sofa) with FreeBox and free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access (fiber). A pleasant balcony (with views of the Cathedral's dungeon) along the entire length of the apartment, with an exit from the living room and the master bedroom Equipped kitchen: induction hobs with hood, oven, toaster, microwave, fridge with built-in freezer, 12-place dishwasher, kettle, moka coffee maker. Table for 4 people, extendable to accommodate 8 people. In the bathroom: shower, sink, toilet and washing machine, towel dryer and hairdryer with diffuser. Windows with shutters and double glazing for perfect thermal and sound insulation, electric heating. Available: ironing board and iron. We provide basic amenities for a few days upon arrival (toilet paper, soaps, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, etc...) so that you can then buy what best suits your tastes. Sheets, 3 bath towels per person (large, medium and small), bath mat... everything is included in the booking price. The beds will already be ready when you arrive, you can immediately enjoy your stay in Saint-Malo! Tea towels and potholders are provided. The usual check-in and check-out times, indicated above, are not guaranteed during public holidays. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility because access to the floors is via a staircase. Other things to note - Baby kit on request: baby bed, sheets, changing table and baby high chair (€25 per booking). Babies are not added to the number of tenants by Airbnb, so you must ask for either the baby kit or the sheets for the single bed (€15 per booking) if the baby will need an extra bed. - Check-in outside check-in hours (based on availability): €35 per booking (from 7 p.m. to midnight). Free high-speed internet (fiber). No smoking in the apartment. Unfortunately, pets will no longer be accepted due to unpleasant situations.
