NO SMOKING - Penalty of RM 200 if we found out theres any smoked adour/ciggarettes coming from the place 2. NO PETS ALLOWED - Strictly no pet allow. Penalty of Rm200 if there's any pets fur/scretches in our place. 3. NO PARTY ALLOWED - Penalty of RM 200 if we found out theres any party stuff (party popers, confetti, balloons etc.) in our unit. 4. MILD COOKING ONLY 5. CHECK IN AFTER 3PM & CHECK OUT BEFORE 12PM - Early check in is subject to availability, if not available, by 3pm out team will provide the check in instruction. - Late checkout charge of RM20/PER HOUR incur if guest checkout after 12pm, maximum up to 2pm only as our team need to enter the place for Housekeeping.
