Charming 2-room 35 m2 apartment completely renovated on the ground floor of a 2-story building. Ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 people. Inside, you'll find: - 1 living room with sofa bed that converts to a double bed, - 1 fully equipped kitchen, - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) + a wardrobe, - 1 bathroom with shower. The space We provide you with several amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and to have only your suitcases to put down when you arrive. Here is the list: Oven, microwave, induction stove (4), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, oven dish, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, iron + ironing board, tancarville, washing machine, pillows and duvets... Dish towel and bed linen also provided. Bath towel for an extra charge: (€5 for the set). An inventory will be made available to you. Note: We have put hygiene measures in place to welcome you safely: - Wear a mask when you check in and check out - Disinfection with anti-bacterial products: flat surfaces, doorknobs, switches... - Systematic ventilation of the accommodation between each guest. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire accommodation. It is prohibited to have people who are not included in the booking. Other things to note - Our apartment is NON-SMOKING, a small common courtyard is available at the back of the accommodation. - We will ask you to be respectful of the premises and to take care of the equipment. You are responsible for any broken items and the set of keys provided. - No parties or events in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. - Cleaning is not included in the price, so we ask you to leave the premises tidy and clean as you found them, including the dishes, emptied garbage cans and fridge. However, if you prefer, a cleaning fee of €25 can be offered. - Dirty laundry will be placed in the shower.
