Aspa's Village House

The house is in the center of the picturesque village of Manatades, just a 5 minute drive from the famous beach of Ag. Georgiou Pagon and 25 km from Corfu Town. The house is located at the center of the beautiful little village of Manatades, in the north side of the island. It's just 5 minutes by car from the famous Agios Georgios beach and 25Km from the city center. The space The house is 60sqm, built based on Corfiot architecture and spans three floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floors, while on the ground floor you will find the living room with the kitchen. It has a small courtyard on the entrance, with a coffee table and umbrella, as well as a balcony on each floor, also with a table and chairs. The bedrooms and kitchen are equipped with ceiling anchorages. You will also find a coffee maker, a toaster, a water kettle, an iron and a laundry room. The house is based on Corfiot architectural elements and it's around 60sqm, spanning in three stories. The living room area with the kitchen are on the ground floor, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floors. Both bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans and every bedroom has it own small balcony, with a coffee table. In front of the house you'll find a small shaded patio with a table and chairs for your breakfast or evening coffee.
