Easy access to A1 - 3 mins drive, 7 mins drive to the Lynchwood Business Park and Peterborough Showground. A bus stop to the city centre is 6 mins walk/train station is 10-15 by car. The Serpentine shopping centre is 6 mins away by car with variety of shops and restaurants. The space Light & airy double room in my home for one person. Fresh cotton bedding and towels are provided. Room has a wardrobe (with hangers), small chest draws, full length mirror, hairdryer, TV , extra blankets and kettle. Tea/coffee/bottled water and biscuits in your room. A shared bathroom (cleaned promptly after use) and other amenities are available. If you have forgotten toiletries - please ask and may be able to help. Must like cats as I have one. This is a no smoking premises. A house key is available if you need one. Please note that if you lose the key, there is a replacement charge of £20 This place is best suited for guests who are out and about during the day and just need a place to sleep at night.
