Large studio room w/own entrance, roof terrace & en suite. Previously a games room over garage, with newly-added shower room, fridge, microwave/oven & Chromecast-enabled TV. Situated in Peaslake, the heart of Surrey Hills mountain biking. Direct access to the Hurtwood's fantastic trails - easy access to Pitch Hill/Winterfold. Bike wash down available. Spacious parking. Walk to The Hurtwood Inn (5 mins), The Volunteer (20 mins), William IV & William Bray (45 mins), Gomshall Stn (45 mins). The space At the moment the room is basically furnished but warm and comfortable, with very comfy beds, two armchairs and chairs you can take out onto the roof terrace, along with a parasol. The roof terrace is used at your own risk but has views out over the garden. The shower room is newly done and has a spacious shower cubicle plus twin sinks, heated towel rail etc. Guest access You have sole use of the studio room, shower room & roof terrace. You can lock any bikes in our garage. There is plenty of space for your car(s) in our drive. Please NB: no unregistered guests on the premises, inc visitors, without prior permission. Other things to note There is a charge for laundry: £5 (per wash only, no tumble dry).
