Renovated old house, located in a small quiet hamlet, can very comfortably accommodate 2 to 8 people, 150 m from the slopes and the 6-seat detachable chairlift of La Roche (accessible to pedestrians). Access in a few minutes to Domaine Paradiski (La Plagne-Les Arcs: 425 km of slopes). Restaurant and sports shop 150m from the chalet. In winter, free shuttle bus to the high-altitude resorts, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. PRM accommodation not recommended due to stairs in the chalet. The space Very quiet environment in a hamlet of about twenty houses. On the ground floor: Living room, dining room, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, traditional oven + M.O. oven), shower room and toilet. Half floor: Two double bedrooms (*) with private shower room and toilet. Upstairs (under the attic): One double bedroom (*) (# 3) and an UNENCLOSED mezzanine with 2 single beds (see chalet plans). Ground floor bathroom and toilet to be shared for bedroom #3 and the mezzanine. Large ski room under the cabin. Free parking for several cars in front of the chalet. Guest access The chalet is entirely reserved for you Other things to note You benefit from preferential rates on ski lift passes, ski lessons and equipment rental through the rental. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental, but can be provided. Pricing to request from the landlord. Arrivals/departures: Saturday or Sunday depending on availability. NO short stays during the French school holidays. Due to the presence of stairs to access the cottage and in the cottage, access for people with reduced mobility (PRM) is not recommended.
