This beautiful house has been completely renovated in June 2019 and currently consists of 2 double bedrooms, both located on the first floor. On the ground floor, in this first phase of the renovation, there is a cozy kitchen with dining room. Through an open hallway, you access a full bathroom with a large shower, and a small living room with TV. Next to the kitchen entrance, we find a nice porch with a large table, where you can have breakfast. In front of the porch, you will see a large terrace with a barbecue, a large table for lunches and dinners, or to spend the sunset with family and friends. On this same terrace, we find a relaxation area, with several armchairs and a nice sofa. In front of the terrace and on a lower level, we have the pool area, with hammocks and umbrellas, ideal for refreshing or exercising. Given its location with respect to the surroundings, it provides clear views and you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Sleeps 4. Another nearby beach is (Es Coll Baix) 3.5 km. in a nice (and easy) hiking tour following the same street as the Villa and with a dream view on the descent to the beach.
