Or, let yourself relax and just watch those getting first tracks from the comfort of the private balcony overlooking the trails! The space Spacious ski on/off studio right at the base of Pico Mountain. Enjoy all the benefits of being slope side! Wake up and enjoy your coffee on the private balcony overlooking the mountain/trails. Comfortable Queen bed and padded full mattress as part of pull out couch. If you prefer an inflatable mattress, one can be provided upon notice. No more than 4 people are permitted to stay in the unit per Killington rental rules. All linens provided (towels, sheets, blankets and pillows) - Elevator and luggage cart for easy access. - Kitchen comes with Keurig and brew coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, paper towels and garbage bags. - Fast Wifi - Smart TV with both Cable and streaming services - Electric indoor fireplace. - Bathroom has a shower with tub. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper are provided. - Ski on/Ski off with all the benefits including enjoying lunch inside the comfort of the condo. - Free shuttle to Killington, bars and restaurants just outside building. - Sports center with sauna, pool and gym a short walk away for a fee (Operated by Killington, not the Condo Association). - Laundry on the first floor for a fee. Code provided upon request. Check in is made easy with the use of key-less entry. Please note, this is a smoke free facility, meaning you are not permitted to smoke any substance within the condo, on the balcony nor anywhere else in the building. Also, per the Condo association rules, renters are not permitted to have pets, but please note there is a service dog that is in the unit and other owners in the building have dogs. Service dogs are of course welcome, please just let me know at the time of booking. The building also has strict quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. to ensure the quiet enjoyment of all occupants. The condo board takes the quiet enjoyment of its owners, guests and renters very seriously. Failure to adhere to quiet hours may result in fines and/or eviction from the unit at the renter's expense. Guest access For an extra fee guests can access the gym/pool in the Killington/Pico fitness center within the complex (owned and operated by Killington, not the condo association). Washer/dryers on the first floor of the building for fee (credit card/app-operated). Door code provided to guests.
