'BY THE BAY'- is located in the village called Kalbadevi, just 12kms from Ratnagiri City and 19 kms from Ganpatipule. It is hidden inside the dense patch of coconut trees. The virgin beach and deep blue sea is situated just 4 minutes away. Those who wish to experience a village life, this is the place. It accommodates the family very well. Not for party. The space Our home stay, situated in beautiful village, kalbadevi, on konkan coast and in Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra, offers lovely tropical paradise away from all the hustle bustle of cities. The home stay is tucked away in a very dense plantation of coconut, mango, chiku, jackfruit etc.; Tus offer pollution free and healthy environment for the nature lovers. The vicinity of sea at the backside of home stay, is an ideal romantic get away with only the lapping of waves and white sands to keep you company. Simplicity being the motto, the home stay has eco friendly vibes. The home stay offers spacious living room with relaxing chairs and dinning table at the ground level. A kitchen is provided only for basics like tea, coffee, maggi NOT for extensive full meal cooking for lunch or dinner. Two separate bedrooms are located at the backside, one at ground level and other at first floor level. Guest access Guest will have access to -living room which is double height space, 2 bedroom s, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, varandah & outdoor area. Kitchen- can be used only for tea , coffee & maggi not for full meal cooking. Bedroom @first floor has air conditioning. Bathroom @ ground floor - it has gas geyser for hot water.European WC, hot shower. Bathroom @ first floor- it has European WC,shower facility Other things to note It's a very basic home, to stay not a hotel/resort. No room service. Its a quiet & hidden place. No signage on the roads so guests need to reach before sunset and need to follow the map posted in the pictures. Avoid reaching at house in the night , it will difficult to find the place. It will definitely give you village life experience that is for sure. Please Do not come with high expectations. You need to leave the home clean ,nit as it was kept when you enter in.
