There are no adjacent neighbors. The lower part of the house is a 2-bedroom apartment, kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for 2 families. Check prices for long stays from September to June by months. The month of August is a minimum of 7 days. The space The house has large terraces. A great pool and a paddle tennis court for exercise. Upstairs it has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an entrance. It is located in the highest part of the village, a little separated from the other houses so you can enjoy privacy and a lot of tranquility. Guest access In the village there is a medical center, pharmacy, supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. There is a restaurant "Cegarra" or La Paca that is well known in Murcia for its exquisite stews. The beach is great. We have a small cove, El Lastre, and a large beach that we call the sandy beach. In either of the two, the bathroom is great and during the week there are few people. From the house you can walk there in 10 or 15 minutes. Other things to note You can enjoy a few wonderful days because in Portman you have tranquility and if you want parties and nightclubs you have them very close in the Golf Course, in Cartagena, in La Manga. But in the village there are some great bars with a lot of action.
