"La Mothe", a haven of calm on the outskirts of Nantes

Completely renovated old house, character and single-story with veranda and garden, quiet in a protected neighborhood/village. Departure of nature trails (forest and banks of the Loire) adjacent to the accommodation. La Roche Ballue natural area, leisure and swimming (old quarry) 100 m away, below the house. Quiet and relaxing environment at the gates of Nantes (15 minutes drive, 20 minutes bus) and 35-40 minutes from the beaches (Pornic, La Bernerie-en-Retz). The space Guests have the entire house, as well as the garden. A parking space adjoining the house is also available. Note that the airport is a 10-minute drive away without any noise disturbance as the accommodation is not located under the take-off and landing corridors! Guest access Guests have access to the house and garden. A terrace, garden table and barbecue are at their disposal. They don't have access to the garage or a locked cabinet in the house.
