The brand new Sti Lankan-Nordic Guesthouse is located peacefully highest on a hill, outside of Hikkaduwa center. The neighbors are local sri lankans on the blind alley. From the roof terrace you can enjoy the view over the big Hikkaduwa Lake, and to the other hand in distance the city and ocean. The house is well located away from the hot, noisy city center, but not more than 5 minutes drive in TukTuk from the beach and city. Stores and a small supermarket can be found in walking distance. The space Three bedrooms, each with privat bathroom is located on second level around a Living room with a open kitchen. On First level you find the dining room and kitchen, and the host's rooms. Another bedroom can be rented here. Third level is the roof terrace. The House is surrounded by a secluded garden. Guest access Garden, Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen and Roof Terrace. We have own Tuk Tuks for transport and travel, and we are experienced surfing and diving instructors.
