Surrounded by avocado groves and mountains with carob trees, pine trees and local vegetation (thyme, rosemary, lavender, ruda, white steppe...). Conveniently located for those who are looking for tranquility and love nature, but at the same time wishing to go to the beach or enjoy restaurants, concerts, sports ... since within 5 to 10 km, you can find multiple proposals both in Benicasim and Castellon Guest access You will have access to the dining room, office area, garden, inner courtyard, swimming pool and terrace. These common áreas will be shared with the host and other potential guests. During your stay Besides speaking Spanish, we are also fluent in English and French. We will be absolutely delighted to help our guests whenever they need it. Other things to note There is no television. Wi-Fi is available. The pool water temperature is nice from May to October; the bravest can bathe all the year round, though! You will enjoy the silence, the singing of the birds and breathe clean and revitalizing air. You can go for long walks in the surrounding area either on foot or by bike. We are just a few minutes away from the grounds of the FIB/ Rototom Sunsplash. In addition to a sandy beach of around 12 km, both Benicasim and Castellón have a wide offer of restaurants and leisure facilities. Golf courses in the surrounding area, horse riding, tennis and paddle courts ... Respect and kindness. We want a friendly atmosphere. Cleanliness, order and smokers will be asked to do so outside the house, on the terrace or anywhere in the garden.
