It offers actual privacy. The very big lanai on the back of the house makes it all the better We have replaced all the furniture in the living room with a big, high-quality sectional couch, a beautiful set of end tables and coffee table. We just finished giving this house a makeover -- it has brand new luxury vinyl flooring, furniture, art, & decor. The pictures are good but they can't possibly do this home justice. The vaulted ceiling & open floorplan makes it feel perfectly cozy but also free to stretch yourself out in a way that would be difficult in many homes in the area. The living room is set up to be the perfect setting to enjoy a movie. A large, super comfortable sectional couch and an oversized laydown recliner provide the seats. But the 65" Samsung Smart TV with a slightly curved screen is nice and top of the line. Xfinity cable, high-speed wifi, Rokus in both bedrooms, and a Smart TV that pretty much does the same the as a Roku in the Living Room. You can log in to your Netflix, HULU, HBOGO, Amazon Prime, Crackle, and thousands of other potential sources of entertainment. accounts if you want something beside desire if you desire. Palms and shrubs decorate the outside front of the home. There is a full glass storm door in the covered front entry. Once inside this open floor plan home, you'll notice the vaulted ceilings and generous space in the living/dining rooms. The kitchen features an island/breakfast bar that's perfect for casual dining. Recessed lighting overhead in the kitchen. Appliances include a gas range with a mounted microwave, dual sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It does everything that the free pass does but it also makes it so that when you play golf, you pay the discounted rate that a Villages' resident pays. This is generally for guests staying a little longer than average and/or plans on playing a decent amount of golf.
