Living-dining room with chaise longue sofa and Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and new washing machine), bathroom with tub, master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children. A/C and ducted heating throughout the apartment. One of our favorite spots is the terrace overlooking the ocean, perfect for breakfast in the sun or dinner outdoors. It gets sun in the morning, cool shade in the afternoon, and has an awning to adjust it to your liking. THE SURROUNDINGS: beach with a lifeguard 5 minutes away on foot, Consum supermarket 5 minutes away, and restaurants very close by. El Manar Mall, with Carrefour and McDonald's, is a 5-minute drive away. Valencia is about 15-20 minutes away and you can get there by car, Cabify or metro from the town. The beach in winter is another planet — ask me. Guest access The entire apartment is for you, with its own parking space in the building. As guests, you have access to all the facilities in the residential complex: swimming pool with lawn and solarium (supervised in summer), gym with changing rooms, paddle tennis courts, ping-pong, mini golf and children's area. The residential complex has a concierge at the entrance (Monday through Saturday all year round, and every day in summer). Other things to note The parking space is included in the price — in August on the first line, pure gold. The residential complex is quiet and family-friendly, with pool surveillance in the summer. Baby crib (adaptable for older children) and children's books available. And if you come without a car: the Consum Supermarket, the pharmacy and a dozen restaurants are less than a 5-minute walk away.
