Spacious studio, 35 m², bright, very cozy and quiet, all comfort with 140 x 190 bed, convertible sofa bed (on request at the time of booking), Italian shower bathroom, equipped kitchen and storage. Wifi. Strictly non-smoking. Table, chair and ashtray available OUTSIDE the studio. Not accessible to PRM, access to the studio is via a staircase. Please specify the reason for your reservation (leisure, family, work...) to best prepare for your stay. The space The entrance to the studio is through the owner's garage door, but you are then completely independent. You can enjoy the garden on sunny days to have coffee or your meals. A small table, chairs, lounge chairs and an umbrella are available at the bottom of the studio. No one is facing it. Guest access The vehicle must be parked in front of the house, on the sidewalk, so as not to obstruct traffic in the neighborhood. The location is intended for 1 vehicle ONLY. GPS often leads to #19, #26 or #28. In this case, turn around and take the first right. Other things to note Enter and exit through the large gate.
