Please let me know in advance, I will provide the information, if it is more than one day, you are responsible for it, it has nothing to do with me. Thank you (late to immigration, fines) 2️⃣🍒 Because it is a long-term rental, you need to pay for your own water and electricity, water is 50 baht per ton, electricity is 6 baht per unit. You will be charged for the amount you use at check-out, and you will not be charged extra. 3️⃣ 🍒 There is a 5000 baht deposit which will be returned in full upon check-out and can be paid on Airbnb. Or pay in cash. 4️⃣.🍒Mingsu: We do not clean during your stay, please contact me if you require cleaning, the cleaning lady charges 500 baht per cleaning, book one day in advance, the cleaning lady will collect the money directly. 5️⃣.🍒 Don't tell anyone you booked on Airbnb, you can say you're visiting friends. Please do not smoke, drink alcohol, or eat in common areas. Please smoke in the common smoking area in front of the lobby door. Rooms and corridors are also non-smoking areas; 2. Please keep your volume down and don't be loud in public areas; 3. There is a garbage room on each floor near the elevator. Please dispose of your daily garbage in the garbage room when you go out. Pool hours are 7:00am - 9:00pm
