Affordable room in Walkley, Sheffield (room 2)

Modern apartment in Walkley, which is close to the city centre. You will share with the landlady and other guests (up to 3). The accommodation is no frills with basic amenities but affordable. I offer you a very pleasant stay by keeping the premises clean and tidy and provide any advice about the local area. Close to the University, hospitals, Shops, schools, buses, Tram, wooded walk ways 15 minutes from Sheffield City Center, 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Peak District National Park The space Bedrooms: There are four spacious single bedrooms and occasionally also one large double bed room. The four single bedrooms are located on the top floor adjacent to each other. Each room has a desk, chair and wardrobe and large window with blackout blinds. Bathrooms: There is one main bathroom for Airbnb guests, plus one additional bathroom the owner mainly uses but is available to use should the other one be occupied. You will be offered a body towel for your stay. There is basic shampoo and shower gel but please note I do not provide tooth brushes or tooth paste. (there is a supermarket 2 minute walk away if you forget any toiletries!) Dining room: Fully equipped kitchen. You have access to a fridge-freezer (the one on the left hand side) to store your food. You can also cook your own food using the hob, oven or microwave with ability to use pots and pans and plates etc which should all be labelled but let me know if you cannot find anything. You will be responsible for cleaning dishes and putting rubbish in the bins (next to the fridge). There is also a washing machine and clothing racks that you can use in the kitchen. Living room: All guests have access to the space including the TV, Fibre optic Wi-Fi, recliner sofa. There is plenty of free roadside parking. Guest access Guests will access to their room, living room, kitchen and the bathroom designated for Airbnb guests. To ensure a pleasant stay for all please could you observe the following house rules: No personal heaters allowed for safety and energy reasons. There will be central heating controlled. It is preferable to use hair dryers in the kitchen or living room when it is early in the morning or late at night to avoid disturbances to other guests. Please could you take you dispose of any rubbish into the bins in the kitchen to keep rooms smelling fresh and clean. For the safety and comfort of other guests we do not allow external visitors. During your stay I am available at any time either by call or text. When in the property you can also feel free to notify me in person if you wish. Other things to note There are a total 4 rooms available, each with a single bed. The price is 25 pounds per person per night. In normal times the property usually has one or two guests at a time but at busier times all rooms can be filled out. Usually people use my rooms as a quiet place to rest. This property is also shared by the owner and on the rare occasion her daughter.
