Other things to note There is a Pontoon Boat on the property that is UNAVAILABLE to our guests. Guest are not permitted on lower deck where the pontoon boat is secured. THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS on duty at the area beaches. Parental Guidance is necessary at all times. Please do not use candles while indoors. Deck seating cushions are provided, PLEASE TAKE IN AT NIGHT ! PLEASE NOTE NO SMOKING!!! NO PARTIES ALLOWED, ONLY 4 DAY GUESTS ALLOWED ON PREMISES !! NO PETS PLEASE !!
