Centrally located between seminyak, legian and kuta area which are the most famous tourist destination in Bali. Legian beach has the best sunset view in the island. Legian ground-zero area has the best night life in Bali. They are just 1km away! The space We don't want to disappoint you. Please read to the end of the description including the "Other details to note". We try to put as many as information and conditions to describe more of our property. Nyepi Day is on 19th of March 2026. Please make sure that you know about our unique culture on Nyepi Day. Our instant book button is on. Price and availability are as shown here in Airbnb. We are renting the entire villa. Two stories villa with 3 bedrooms which accommodate 6 people. As we have enough space in 2 of the rooms, our villa is suitable for 10 people. However, there is an additional cost for every additional person after 6 people. We will provide extra bed along with the blanket and pillow. The extra bed is a single sized mattress. The additional cost will be automatically added in airbnb by adjusting the number of guests. On the first floor, you will find the following: - 1 master bedroom with AC, 1 queen sized bed - Living room with AC, sofas, TV, Satellite TV - 2 bathroom / toilets (1 in the room and 1 in living room) - Kitchen separated from the Living Room - Small Pool (4m x 2m) On the second floor, you will find the following: - 2 bed rooms (one big and one small) with AC - Living room with TV - Queen size beds in each room - 1 shared bathroom / toilet Facilities provided: - Internet Wifi - Shower - Hot water - Bathtub - Towels - Bed Sheets - Shampoo - Soap You do have to bring: - tooth brush and paste - Food - Electrical Adapter Guest access The entire villa is yours! Other things to note Please do expect the following [VERY IMPORTANT]: 1. Please note that we are not a hotel or managed villa. We don't have the guest services such as buying food, laundry service, etc. It just simply the space only. 2. Our standard of cleanliness and facilities are at house standard. The furniture and others inside the villa are at house standard as well. 3. The villa was built on 2009. It's not new but we are continuously doing some renovations and maintenance. 4. As we are in a small city of a developing country, please do expect some electricity black out. It doesn't happen a lot. It get worst when there is strong wind and rain around the area. We don't have generator for the villa. 5. Internet problem (e.g slow, totally down) is sometimes occurred from our internet service provider. Half day in a month is expected. 6. We get our water from the well (underground). As we are quite close to the sea, our water contains more sodium (salt) and less calcium and magnesium. It's so called Soft Water. It's actually better than Hard Water. But if you are not used to it, it feels quite soapy when your skin is wet. Totally normal when they are dry. We put our water lab result in our villa manual and scientific explanation from experts as well. 7. The kitchen is not in the "main" building. It's separate outside the main building. About few steps away. Things get a little difficult when raining. 8. We are about 500m away from the main road. A lot of empty land around our area till about 100m where there are numbers of big villas. It will be quiet and dark around our area at night. 9. As we are surrounded by empty land and trees, sometimes when the wind are crazy, some leafs along with anything sticks (dust, spider web, etc) on it, get to the outdoor area of the villa including the pool. If you check in at night, please understand that this thing might happen, we will have our cleaner to clean it the next morning. 10. Please do expect occasional sounds from neighboring chickens and dogs. 11. If you book the villa for someone else, please please make sure that they read everything. So they know what to expect from our villa. We have security coming from 10 PM - 6 AM. During day time, our staff will be around the area. We don't serve breakfast. We do have Gourmet Cafe (nice mix western food restaurant open from 7am) and Mc Donalds (24 hours) around our area. Our Airbnb calendar and price are up to date.. you can always trust them :) Please note on 29 March 2025 is Nyepi Day (Silence Day) in Bali. It's prohibited to go outside the house, turn on the light or making any noises. There will be no television nor radio broadcast. Please make sure you know about this day if you are going to stay in Bali in this day. We want to provide a cheap but nice private stay in legian / seminyak area.
