This 1940s bungalow offers a prime central location—10–15 minutes from Tampa International Airport, downtown, USF, Busch Gardens, and Lowry Park Zoo. Gulf beaches are approximately 40 minutes away, and a variety of new restaurants and bars are conveniently close. The space What a gem! The main bedroom features a comfy queen-size bed with a brand-new pillow-top mattress, plenty of closet space, and built-in dresser drawers. You’ll also have your own smart TV with cable. The second bedroom sits between the main bedroom and your private bathroom and includes two twin beds. This room is available if you have more than two guests. If two guests would like to use both bedrooms, there is an additional $20 per day. Your private bathroom is located at the front of the home, right next to the bedroom, giving you extra privacy during your stay. Guest access The front bedrooms and bathroom are located at the front of the home. The living room features a large flat-screen TV with Apple TV, cable, and Wi-Fi access, along with a comfortable leather couch. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary pots and pans. The dining room seats eight and features a large live-edge wood table (please use the provided placemats). The laundry room includes a new Samsung washer and dryer for guest use; please note that detergent is not provided. Outside, the front porch offers comfortable seating beneath a large shade tree—perfect for cool evenings, reading, or enjoying a glass of wine. Hammocks are also available under the tree for relaxing. One off-street parking space is included. During your stay I LIVE IN THE HOUSE TOO. If you need any help at anytime I'll gladly help out. If I'm not around I can walk you through any issue you may have. Other things to note No pets, No parties, No children, No unapproved guest and just respectful. There are two cameras. One in the front porch facing the front door. And the second camera is outside at the back door. There is 1 pet (dog Ms. Coco) on property.
