Hello, I am Elodie, and I am pleased to offer you the complete rental of our guest house located at Clos Ceres, a majestic early 19th century residence in Viré, in the heart of the Viré-Clessé appellation on the Burgundy wine route. Half of the building is offered to you as a vacation rental, about 450 m². This independent part, entirely dedicated to guests, can accommodate up to 11 people in its 4 elegant bedrooms and spacious and refined living rooms. The space This characterful home combines old charm with modern comforts. The living rooms include a large billiard room with fireplace, a lounge/piano room, another large living room, a large friendly dining room with equipped kitchen, and a gym. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet. Three are air-conditioned. The fourth has a fan. Each bedroom features a double bed. One of them allows the king size bed to be converted into two single beds. Three single beds can be added to accommodate up to 11 people. Bed and bath linen is provided. Outside, enjoy our exceptional 5000 m² park with majestic trees, heated swimming pool (open in summer) and garden furniture for your relaxing moments or outdoor dining. There is also a petanque court and a basketball court. The cottage is completely independent of our private area, guaranteeing you perfect privacy and total freedom during your stay. Only the park is to be shared with us. The pool area is reserved for you. In addition, we offer on-site services from external providers for your comfort and well-being (to be booked in advance): sports session, Pilates, massage or breathing with Julien; cleaning of your vehicle by Ryan; home chef service with Delphine; Shiatsu session with Ana. Strategically located between Mâcon and Tournus, just 1 hour from Lyon and Beaune, our property is the perfect base for exploring the riches of Burgundy: wine routes, historical sites (Cluny, Tournus, Brancion, etc.), water activities on the Saône, hiking in the Mâconnais, and local gastronomy. There is ample free parking on the property. Close to the green and blue routes, we also welcome cyclists and motorcyclists with great pleasure, allowing them to park their two-wheelers in our barn. As a local owner, I remain available to advise you on the best places and activities in the area, so that your stay at Clos Ceres is an authentic and memorable experience in Burgundy. Other things to note This rental is offered without breakfast service, as a complete gîte. For a service with breakfast, you must rent the rooms independently as a bed and breakfast.
