The Barn at WildEarthLodge

The Barn has amazing views into the Wilkin (URL HIDDEN) a wonderful place to rest after exploring the mountains of the Mt Aspiring National Park. The log burner makes it cozy and comfortable. It's a simple and special place. The space Beautiful walks and open spaces in the middle of a high country sheep station. Rivers and lakes very close. Bedroom 2 can be converted into a super king bed. Guest access The Barn has parking, it's own access and a lovely private porch. Other things to note The Barn is self contained and the nearest supermarket is in Wanaka or Fox Glacier. There's no supermarket in Makarora but we do have a great pub! We recommend that you arrive during daylight as there are no street lights in Makarora.
