My goal is to make your visit smooth, comfortable, and memorable, with great attention to detail, cleanliness, and personalized service. The space Welcome to Villa Vie ! This is a 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms ,fully equipped kitchen and private swimming pool. AirCon in all bedrooms and living rooms , and ceiling fans too. Villa Vie is situated in a quiet street in the center of Rawai , Phuket. Walking distance to 7/11 and restaurants, massages etc . There is also a modern fitness center 300 meters from the villa ! The villa can receive up to six people , we can transform one king bed room into 2 simple beds if needed. A baby bed is also available without additional charge.need to request in advance. The swimming pool is 1.5 meters depth 4/7meters wide/length with a shallow water bench and available for you to swim 24/7. In addition , we have a charcoal BBQ if you want to do some outdoor cooking :) Garage car park one car and one motorbike. Rate included / Free of charge : - Maid Cleaning service 1 times per week - All Linens & towels are provided - Pool and Garden maintenance - High speed internet 150 mbits and wifi. - 55 Inches Tv with Netflix and Android box so you can connect your USB key/Hard drive to look your favorites tv shows. - Luxury Bluetooth speaker Harman kardon. To enjoy music anywhere you want in the Villa. ( the speaker have to stay in the villa :) Rate excluded : - Electricity fees 6 THB per 1 unit (from 150THB to 250THB/day for a normal daily use)We will take a photo of the official meter when you arrive and another one at check-out. We will kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are outside during the day, you will probably have to pay an additional 500 THB. This is not much, we have this policy in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island! The villa is located in a very quiet street in the center of Rawai. Walking distance to 7/11 , restaurants and massage shops. With car /bike : - 5 minutes to Nai Harn, one of the most beautiful beach of Phuket - 5 minutes to Fish market - Around 30 minutes to big Central Shopping center Services : -Arranging car rental ( start from 1200 THB to 1,500 THB/day ) depends on model. and motorbike rental (start from 350to 500THB/day ) , the price depends on car/motorbike model and season. -Providing airport transfer ( 1,200THB – 1,500THB ) - Taxi transfer to any location -Tours and Activities -Massage at the villa and much more ! Just ask me and i will do my best to help for anything you need :) Early checkin : As you can see the check in time in the house is 3PM. If you would like to arrive earlier please kinldy inform us. If we dont have other guests the same day we may be able to offer you early checkin. If we not be able to assist we can arrange something to help : for exemple a taxi can pick you up at 10AM at the airport and take you to have a nice lunch or goes to the beach until 3PM. The taxi will wait for you and then take you to the villa ! Guest access You will have full and exclusive acces to your villa. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE *PASSPORT* A copy of each passport will be taken upon check in , for the Registration with the Immigration Bureau *SECURITY DEPOSIT* Upon arrival, a deposit of *10,000฿* in cash is required. Passport copy. Indoor are none smoking.
