Unwind in plush recliners and immerse yourself in movies, concerts, or the big game on a massive 120" screen with Roku and surround sound. Challenge each other to a friendly game of pool while your favorite tunes set the vibe. Start your day with coffee on the garden-view patio, surrounded by the peaceful sights & sounds of nature. In the summer, take a dip in our crystal-clear pool or catch a film outside on the lanai on a 110" screen. Come late fall, cozy up by the fire pit for crisp, relaxing evenings. Wrap up your day with dinner under the stars by the pool. Charcoal grill is available for responsible guest use (charcoal not provided). The Cave comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 queen bedrooms, 1 queen sleeper sofa in the entertainment area, & 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, pedestal sink, & bidet-enhanced toilet. The bar area with cozy little kitchenette for simple meal prep makes this the perfect space for a carefree, resort-style escape. 🐢🐢 Ophelia & Little Levon Get ready to share our outdoor space with 2 incredibly unique residents: our sulcata tortoises! On warm days, you may see them basking in the sun or slowly grazing on the lawn. They're a peaceful and fascinating part of our family & home, and we hope you'll enjoy them as much as we do! To keep them safe & healthy: ▪️Please keep the gate closed. ▪️Please do not feed them. They have a very specific diet. ▪️Please do not encourage them to go in the pool. They are NOT swimmers. ▪️While they are solitary creatures, they may come greet you. If they do, feel free to give a gentle shell scratch. Guest access Registered guests will have private access to our pool-level guest suite as described above & our common areas as described below. 🚗 We provide TWO parking spaces with rental of The Cave. 🌞 Patio area & screened lanai are available year-round. Please use caution when coming & going as there is no safety barrier between pool & your private entrance. 🏊‍♂️ Non-heated seasonal pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day (10AM-9PM). Water temp is weather-dependent & varies with outdoor conditions. You may find us handling daily garden & pool maintenance to ensure it stays clean & enjoyable throughout your stay. 🎬 Outdoor theatre is open mid-May to late October (1PM-9PM). 🧺 For stays of 3+ nights, as a shared amenity, laundry room usage will be coordinated between us throughout your stay. Please limit use to no more than 2 loads per day. No bleach or powdered detergents (septic). 🏡 Note: Our upstairs home, garages, & storage rooms are owner occupied & off-limits to guests. Other things to note Rates vary based on occupancy and preferred dates.
