Description
The house circa 1920 sits along on a gravel one way road. It is restored homestead with pasture and outbuildings. Up from the barn there’s a 1/2 mile trail loop to the ridge. The historic town of Marshall is 2 1/2 miles away. There’s a smart tv, a wood stove, and a large closet in the bedroom. It is one of four partitioned rooms with a mini split. The kitchen and bathroom has radiant floor heat. The upstairs dormer is used mainly for storage. I occupy the log cabin up behind the house. The space The property is hilly but the house and barn are restored structures built on level ground. There are about 9 acres total: about 7 acres are wooded with some walking trails and about 2 acres of pasture land. All of which are available for guests to enjoy. Guest access Spaces are open- personal items should be respected and please be mindful of electric usage. Other things to note Parking and entry are very convenient. Wifi access is very good.
