This includes the private pool, all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. You’ll also have access to Bay Villas’ on-site services such as daily housekeeping, maintenance support, and optional extras like private chefs, spa treatments, and curated island experiences. Other things to note - Housekeeping every 4 days is included in your rate. - Fresh linens and towels are provided every few days, or upon request. - We offer in-villa dining, grocery deliveries, and laundry service (additional charges may apply). - Pool maintenance and gardening are done quietly and discreetly on schedule. - Check-in is from 2:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM. - We offer airport or pier transfers – just let us know in advance. Please note: - A mandatory deposit of 15,000 THB in cash is required at check-in (refundable at checkout if no damage is found). - Parties, loud music, or outside guests are not permitted unless pre-approved.
