The space *The apartment is 60sqm and located at the 2nd floor of the building. *There is one spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed,a chest of drawers, a work desk with a chair and an A/C unit. *The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. There is also a high table with three stools where you can enjoy your meals. *The cozy living room includes a sofa, a smart TV and an A/C unit for your comfort. *The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. Every detail has been carefully selected to create a comfortable and stylish space, ideal for work or relaxation. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony. Entry is via the building’s step-free entrance, and the apartment is accessible via elevator or stairs. For your convenience, we offer flexible check-in options. We can meet you in person to welcome you and hand over the keys, or, if needed, we can provide access to the building and apartment via a keyless entry system. Other things to note A sister apartment ("Scandi Chic Apartment") is located right next door and can also be booked — ideal for larger groups or two families traveling together. In accordance with Greek law, we are required to register your stay, so we will need the passport or ID number of the person who made the reservation. Airport transfers to and from the apartment can also be arranged in advance. Quiet hours apply from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30 to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
