Enjoy the mellow outdoor animals, a variety of comfortable furnished patio settings, fruits from the garden, relaxing dry sauna, spacious indoor lounging and amazing landscapes throughout many large windows of the house. Deer and elk wander through the easement outside the fenceline early morning and later in the day adding to the spectacular views. Pleasant backyard hens stay in their coup but love friendly conversation. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. No parties. The space High vaulted ceilings add the the incredible spacious feel of this home. The kitchen has a 19' granite countertop with a bar table island equipped with all the amenities for comfortable living. The 12' rustic dining table gives a variety of options for eating spaces. The garden has something to appreciate year round and guests are more than welcome to harvest the fresh fruits and vegetables available. Sleeping quarters are each spacious and unique. We keep indoor and outdoor animals on the property including a quiet friendly dog (when hosts are present), 3 cats (1 outdoor, 1 indoor only and 1 in and out.) The one indoor cat will insist on remaining incognito in a closed off section of the home. Should hosts be present during the time requested, their living quarters are in a locked off area of the home far from the guest suites on the opposite side of the house. A message stating such will give guests an opportunity to accept these conditions. Guests lead the way in filling the spaces of the home with kitchen, living room and backyard as gently shared spaces. Spectacular reviews demonstrate our style of accommodating queues for as much social interaction or quiet privacy guests wish to have. Guest access The cedarwood sauna is a wonderful treat especially during the cool weather seasons. Our 1/3 acre lot contains various garden spaces to enjoy. Other things to note GUESTS WITH ELECTRIC VEHICLES... will have access to a 220 outlet located within 50 feet in the garage, but will require to >>bring your own<< EV chargers. Advanced notice required for garage access. Addl 220 next to sauna provided within 100 feet of driveway. IF GUESTS BRING PETS... a fee at the rate of additional guest per night will be billed after reservation is booked through Airbnb's request platform. IF GUEST WITH PETS AGREE... to book reservation with host present, guest pets take precedence in the home although we have a dog of our own who stays with host at all times. We will allow interaction with pets gauged by guest responses and safety protocols between animals. If need be we will make arrangements to keep our dog separated without visibility to your animals.
