A clean and comfortable 3 room accommodation with off street parking. One bedroom with en-suite and separate kitchen suitable for a couple or single person. A small sitting area with coffee table. Equipped kitchen with a single hob, microwave cooking facilities. The property also includes virgin full tv package including Box sets, use a code 1234 if 🔒 locked. Fridge, washing machine, toaster, blender and kettle. There is also a fan to keep you cool should you need it. The space The accommodation includes all the amenities and facilities you would expect for a great overnight or longer period stay. The property includes a double bed, bathroom with shower, towels provided and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has full size fridge, single induction hob - stored inside the bottom cupboard next to the fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and all utensils required for cooking at home. The mirror in the bathroom has an automatic light that comes on when you wave your hand under it on the right hand side. The television has a bracket that enables you to watch the tv from any angle - adjustable for comfort. There is a storage area accessed via the sliding doors on the bed base. We store the seat pads for the outside chairs in the bed storage. And the ironing board is in there. Please feel free to enjoy the garden and use the patio next to the conservatory. The cushions for the seating are in the box with the open padlock on it. Please place the cushions back after use. There is also a swinging seat at the bottom of the garden, again feel free to take off the cover and use the seat, again putting it back after use. There is also a clothes horse kept inside the bed you can take out - for drying washing if your staying for a while. There is central heating which is on seasonally and an additional electric oil heated radiator for your personal temperature comfort at any other times. To lock the doors - simply lift up the handle to an upright position then use the key to lock. Guest access Guests can access this space by walking down the side of the house and using the annex key to enter the property via a key safe lock. Code given on day of arrival. This is independent from the main house. Other things to note There is ample parking on the drive, please let me know if you require a parking space the night before if possible.
