Large old house completely renovated and comfortable, located on a very quiet hillside in the heart of the Périgord Noir and close to all the sites and castles to visit: Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, the gardens of Marqueyssac... and canoeing on the Dordogne. You will also appreciate the private pool and the nearby forest suitable for hiking as well as the many restaurants and farm inns a few kilometers away. Large living room- dining room on the ground floor with sofa bed and a mezzanine bedroom on the first floor with a large bed and a children's area with a 90 bed. We are at your disposal to welcome you and help or advise you on sites to visit or restaurants offering regional cuisine. A ping pong table and a small barbecue are at your disposal in the garage where you can store your bikes if you want to go for walks in the forest or along the nearby Dordogne. Optional linen rental: €15per pair and optional towels and tea towels: €15 per person. Vacation rental declared in town hall on March 5, 2012.
