It is located in BGC in front of the Singapore Embassy. Walking distance form museums, shopping malls and a lot of restaurants in the High Street. Available for renting the car, a guide and introduce the attraction places. (Additional fee) The space (1) Guests will tell their name in the lobby and check themselves in Check-in time is 2pm.Check out time is 12pm. The manager checks the accommodation 1 hour after the guest checks out. (1) Guests tell their name to get a key at the lobby and check in by themselves. Check-in time is 2pm Check out time is 12pm When you check out pls turn off all the lights and especially the aircon. Since guests also check out by themselves, It is a great help for the host. Manger checks the place after the guest check out after an hour. (2) There is no air conditioner in the small room. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor and one single room which doesn't have an air-con, however to cool down the temperature in the small room, main door of the master room should be opened so the air condition will flow into it. The small room is provided if there is more than one guest. The small room is opened when there are more than one guest. (3) The kitchen is equipped with induction and cooking utensils for simple cooking. (3) There are available kitchen-wares in the unit to use. Always make sure to turn off the stove after using it. *How to use the induction 1. Press the middle button to turn on the power. Press the middle button for Power 2. Press the button on the desired light bulb side to set the temperature. Chose the temperature Right button: Right button is the front stove Left button: Back stove Please only use the induction kitchenware only and not ordinary iron pots. (4) The Philippines is a hot country, so I don't use a boiler, but I can take a hot shower. We installed a water heater in the bathroom. To take a shower with hot water, turn on the hot water heater and adjust it to the desired temperature (optimal temperature 1 or 2). (4) There is water heater in the bathroom. Please Keep water setting at 1 or 2 otherwise electricity will shut off (5) Please put toilet paper in the trash (5) Please throw the toilet tissue in the trash can only to avoid clogging it otherwise you will be charged for the unclogging fee from admin. (6) Swimming pool hours are from 7 am to 10 pm. Swimming pool opens from 7am to 10pm Please remove the water after using the pool and enter the condo. Please make sure to dry yourself before you enter the unit. (7) Turn off the air conditioner when going out, and be sure to lock the door. (7) Please make sure to turn off the aircon and lock the door at all times. A little effort 'll save a lot of things (8) The elevator can only be used with the access card provided. We don't provide access cards because they're lost frequently. Please tell the security guard on the 1st floor which floor you want to use. (8) The security card is required to get in to the elevator Since guests lose the card a lot we don't provide the card anymore. Please ask security to swipe the card for you at all times. (9) Wireless Internet is installed in the house, and the password can be found in the modem. (9) WIfi is available .Guest can see password on the modem. (10) In case of damage to the property, we will refund the amount after deducting it from the deposit. (10) If there are damages, we will charge you from the damage deposit. (11) Do not take the towels and blankets that are stored. In case of loss of items, we will deduct it from the deposit. (11) Please don't bring any towels, blankets or any item with you upon checkout. You will be charged for this from your damage deposit. (12) There is no additional charge for early check-in and late check-out, but a round-trip transportation fee of 1,000 pesos added. (12) For Late, early Check-in and out before 9am or after 6pm Manila time, you have to provide extra taxi fare (Round trip) of 1000 peso since this is not our usual window. (13) If a guest who is not included in the reservation stays, at check-out Please pay the additional fee. (13) Extra cost will be charged for additional heads or person during accommodation that is not declared during booking. (14) Large towels for swimming pool use are not provided. (14) We don't provide big towels (for now) for swimming only so please always bring your own. (15) Additional charges will apply if the key is lost or there is damage to the house. (15) Extra charge for lost keys and damages done to the unit during checkout. (16) The maximum electricity fee provided to long-term guests is 3,000 pesos. Any additional costs will be deducted from the guest's deposit. Also, we urge you to turn off the air conditioner when you go out. We all need to do our part to save the Earth. If the guest stays for a long term, the host only covers 3000pesos for the eletricity bill. Excess of 3000pesos wll be covered by the guest. Its a rule in the unit to always turn off any appliances if not being used specially the aircon.
