1870s house very close to the city and the sea.

Our house was built around 1870 and has been carefully renovated 2019 but with a modern kitchen and tech (e.g. projector with a 120" screen). The house itself is around 200 m2 and the garden is 1500 m2 and very quiet. You can't believe that there is a mc donalds and a shoppingcenter 5 min walk from the house. Buses takes 10 min to the city but you can get there by public boat in 25 min or djurgården in 1 min or skansen in 15 min. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The space The house is on a dead end with no traffic so it is easy to let kids play in the garden or at the playground 50 m from the house. The terrace has sun all day and night and is easy to reach from the kitchen. We just finished renovating the bottom floor including kitchen so everything is top modern. All guests will get a free extremely locally produced honey (we have two beehives on the backside of the house (You wont notice them at all though)) Guest access The house is all yours, all areas are open.
