Rental unit in Chocorua

Our 2nd floor apt. in a 200 year old New Englander is located in a charming village with a millpond, waterfall, park and dam just across the street. Located between the mountains and the Lakes Region this homey place sleeps 2 - 4 with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, LR and bath. The space The village of Chocorua is a sweet little place (just like my sweet little apartment) with a park with dam and island across the street, the PO next door and library two doors away (open Sun. Mon. and Thursdays). An gift shoppe/antique shop is steps away as is the library and Post Office. We are about 15 miles from King Pine Ski area and 25 minutes south of North Conway and all it has to offer. Additionally we are 25 miles from both Meredith and Wolfeboro... each a great place to visit. Guest access The apartment is on the full second floor with an entrance way separate from my apartment downstairs, (where I live and teach piano Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, plus an occasional morning lesson. The front porch and the side yard or yours to use as you wish. Other things to note Well behaved Pet friendly !
