Beautiful basement with its own separate entrance just minutes from Dulles, Reagan, and D.C. Includes a patio, WiFi, fireplace, bathroom, kitchen, separate washer/ dryer, coffee maker, a walking distance from restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping center, parking is also extremely close. The space is right next to the woods and has a patio you can enjoy the woods from. The basement also has a room, kitchen, and full bathroom, washer and dryer. We provide water, shampoo, towels, coffee, and tea, and much more. There are two entrances one private one from outside so you do not have to go through the rest of the house and one that goes through the house. We can provide special accommodations if we are able to, and are willing to work with you to provide you with a great experience. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
