You're renting a tiny, tiny room. But hey, it's got a private entrance and a private bathroom and it's all your space, to yourself. It's attached to a larger home, but there is no access to the rest of the house. The space You've got a comfortable full sized bed, desk space, a soft chair, high speed internet, refrigerator, air conditioner and a private entrance. It's meant for one person because it is so small, but if there are two for a max of 3 nights and you're only sleeping there, it's OK. Please check with us. Completely private studio room with a separate entrance. You've got a private bathroom that has a shower. It has a microwave, refrigerator, some utensils and dishes. The room has all linens, towels, soap, shampoo. Conveniently located to all of the Sunnyvale corporations. Plug and Play is a 5 minute walk from the home and a G00gle shuttle stop is close by. MONTH TO MONTH AND MID TERM STAYS We can accept longer bookings, but please message us first. You can book 31 days with Instant Book. You can book longer if you communicate with us first. We will require a $65 cleaning fee for each three weeks you book. You will get a room clean and sheet/towel exchange at that point. Just after booking you will be charged for these additional cleanings based on how long your booking is. Using the home address is a step towards trying to establish tenancy and we do not allow that. There are local services where you can rent a PO Box or have packages delivered to an Amazon Locker. ~~~~~ELECTRICITY~~~~~ The State of California expects residents to act responsibly with electricity usage. Our energy costs are high and are tiered--meaning the more you use, the more we are charged per KWh. If we are alerted to excessive and careless energy use, you will be charged for the additional charges. Turn the heat or A/C off when you are not in the home. There is usually no reason to have the heat or A/C on at night. ~~~~~WATER USAGE~~~~~ California is in a drought. Each year it is getting worse. The State leaders ask each of us to do our part to conserve water. What you can do as a guest in an Airbnb is some simple conscientious things.
