New cozy studio apartment it is located in center of town, it is about 20 min by foot from Old town and around 10 min from port. Bus station for old town is 100 metars and bus goes every 15 min. If you are coming by car it is possible to find parking near apartment for free. Exclusively people without pets. The shop is just 10m away on the same street. The space The apartment is new, it is in a good location, wherever you go you will arrive in a few minutes. Near the apartment there is a shop, a park and a lot of caffe bars where you can drink whatever you want. Also nearby is the port of Gruz, a large park overlooking the sea where you have boats,Red history museum, markets and a large supermarket "Konzum".From the main street you can arrive to Lapad bay, the new beach Sunset beach and other beaches which are quite close enough for everyone's taste. Guest access Within the apartment you have a room with a kitchen, a small hallway and a large bathroom with everything you need. Other things to note If you want peace and relaxation, my apartment is perfect for you. In summer, in most cases you do not need to turn on the airconditioner because it is always fresh and pleasant and in the morning you will be chirping birds in which you can enjoy on the terrace with coffee or some tea overlooking the beautiful flowers and green fence.
