Private sauna & terrace - Aachen Vaals

Immerse yourself in the aromatic sauna, the natural terrace or the cosy apartment atmosphere. Simply enjoy and book a few unforgettable days. The building is noisy and you reach the bathroom and sauna via the hallway. An approximately 70 m² large and lovingly furnished apartment with a private, fully equipped kitchen. Private green garden terrace and private comfortable bathroom with luxury rain shower and sauna. We look forward to your visit. Kind regards The space Downtown location: In the heart of Vaals, only 2 minutes walk to the town hall and 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and other shops, cafes and restaurants. 5 minutes to public transport. Free parking: Nearby you can park for free. Sleeping area: The sleeping area can be separated from the living room by a curtain. There is a double bed with a very comfortable 180x200 mattress. There is also a sofa bed (140 wide). A cot can be added if necessary. Terrace / Courtyard / Courtyard / Patio / Garden: From the dining room you reach the courtyard which is also very green in winter. Bathroom/sauna/toilet: The bathroom (shower, toilet, sauna) can be reached via the shared corridor or the courtyard. Bathrobes available Check-in from 4 PM onwards. Earlier is not possible due to cleaning Your hosts: We enjoy the silence and nature in Vaals and its surroundings. We love to travel and we live above the apartment together with our 6-year-old son and our 1,5-year-old daughter. We want you to feel at home and relax. Due to the nature of the house (built around 1930) it is noisy, also early in the morning. You might also hear the neighbours. TV: There are both German (satellite) and Dutch (cable, Ziggo) TV channels. There is also an HDMI cable that allows you to connect your laptop to the TV. Netflix is possible with your own account. What's more: The corridor is shared with us, but we only use it to leave the house or to go to the basement. All rooms in the apartment can be locked. There are also shutters on the street side. Basic utensils are available: Senseo pads, tea bags, sugar, herbs, oil, vinegar, dish washing liquid, dishwasher tabs For business guests: WIFI is password-protected and there is an extension chord available for your laptop. Bikes can be safely stored in the hallway or on the terrace. The calendar is only visible a few months in advance. If you want to book at a later date, please send us a message. Long stay is possible and very welcome. We recommend you reserve the dates in time. Please note that minimum stay may vary. Surroundings: In 10 minutes on foot you are in the middle of nature. It takes 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Aachen and about 15-20 minutes by public transport. Bus 350 (Qliner) takes only 12 minutes from Vaals to Aachen Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof). Our apartment is the ideal base for walking, cycling and visiting the three country point (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium), Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg, Liege and the Eifel. And of course for CHIO and all Christmas markets in the region. Guest access Washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used for longer stays.
