3-bed with free parking and sea views

Hi. I'm Graham. Welcome to my cosy 3-bedroom house. Our place is good for couples, solo travellers, families (with kids). We're fine with groups, too. Walking distance from: Racecourse - 2 mins Queen's Park - 5 mins Beach - 10 mins Pier - 20 mins Central Brighton/Station - 25mins Well-served by buses, car parking is free! There's no TV, but we have wifi and a Sonos music system in all the main rooms. The space The house is calming and the style is quite minimal. What most guests comment on are the views over the sea, which are from the living room and main bedroom. The garden also has sea views as well as a large deck area and dining space. Guest access The house is on Airbnb when I'm personally away. So you get access to the whole house 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet, shower and bathroom. There's free parking on the street directly outside. Other things to note We've got 200MB broadband and a Sonos system in all the main rooms.
