Master Bedroom in Beautiful, Light 1920s home

Our home is a pleasant 10 min walk from TONS of restaurants & dining in Downtown Royal Oak, 15 minute drive South down Woodward to Downtown Detroit or 15min North on Woodward to Birmingham/Bloomfield Hills, also close to misc. arts, culture, & family-friendly activities (the zoo is one block away)! Your room is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful white-brick 1920s home. It's a nice, immaculately clean room with beautiful natural light, good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. The space This listing has a SHARED bathroom with the other Airbnb on the second floor. Our "Recently Renovated Suite & Private Bathroom" listing may be of interest to you, if available and if sharing a bathroom is not acceptable for you. However the bathroom you would have access to (pink one in pics) is beautiful with a full bathtub, shower and heated floors! Also, if there are not guests in the other second floor bedroom, it would become a private bathroom to you, which happens often. Pets are allowed, but you will have to confirm that they are 100% house broken! And may be asked to crate them if you are leaving the house without them.. as we have had some problems with both things in the past :) Guest access You will be in the second floor master bedroom overlooking the front yard! In your bedroom will be a locking door and king-size bed! 4 big windows (one w/ window seat) a couch and a humongous closet with tons of shelves and space for hanging clothes. Within your very room, is a powder/vanity area and sink with stool! You also have a recently redone bathroom on the same floor as your bedroom with a toilet, sink/vanity, jacuzzi bathtub and a large shower with bench (people say it is one of the best showers they've experienced! lol). On the first floor of the house you have access to all of the rooms and patio and front porch as long as you do not leave messes of any sort behind!! :) During your stay We can be there upon your arrival and we are not home a ton. If you want to hang out and talk we love having a glass of wine with guests on the back patio or by the fire, but are also happy to meet you once and then just let you do your thing!! Other things to note Check-in and check-out times are flexible when possible, up to 24 hours a day, but generally sometime after noon (12pm) is preferred for check-in and if we have someone leaving the room the same day you arrive check-in might have to be at 3:00pm (check with us). Also sometime before noon is preferred for check-out, but check to see if we have anyone coming after you, if not you can leave whenever!!
