Costa Secca is a beautifully restored Ligurian stone house, renovated in 2017 with care to preserve its original charm while offering modern comfort. It includes an apartment and a studio, each with a private entrance and bathroom. The kitchen and living area are shared, the studio has a small kitchenette. Bedrooms have their own private access no internal staircase connecting them. The entire house is rented as one unit, perfect for enjoying peace, nature, and authenticity in the Ligurian Alps The space The house includes three terraces. One connects directly to the kitchen and living room and offers a beautiful view of the Ligurian Alps. On the next terrace, you can enjoy wonderful meals at the large dining table under the shade of the persimmon tree. The third features a cozy covered lounge, perfect for relaxing, reading, or meditating. And the large pool (about 26 m²) provides refreshment and plenty of fun. Guest access The pool is for guests only and has a maximum depth of 140 cm. No one can be seen by neighbors or anyone else while swimming or sunbathing. The house allows only one pet. The garden is not fenced; there is no danger around, just the surrounding woods. Please note there are no gates.
