Located right at the beginning of the Great Ocean Road, many great local cafes, golf course 2 minutes away, bikes available to use. Very attractive outside courtyard for your use. Located right at the beginning of the Great Ocean Road, local golf course 2 minutes walk away, many local attractions including a swimming beach and pier, local craft brewery 15 minutes away, very good sailing facilities in adjacent Williamstown and offering a local pickup point for tours to all the most popular Victorian tourist attractions such as the Great Ocean road, Phillip Island Penguins, Grampiansand Yarra Valley Wineries. Guest access Full access to kitchen, bathroom, dining and living area. And there is a very attractive quiet courtyard in which to relax. Full access to all facilities, hair dryer, iron,refrigerator, stove and all cooking appliances, all basic cooking ingredients, breakfast supplied, 2 towels per guest supplied plus full laundry facilities and toiletries, house professionally cleaned weekly, toiletries supplied, full bed linen change as you require. TV available in open living area. During your stay I provide guests with all details of local area, local attractions plus lists of good restaurants, cafes and shopping in Altona and Williamstown plus how to get to the city by public transport and how to navigate around Melbourne. Most guests take advantage of a guided tour in my car pointing out local points of interest in this bayside area. I am available daily to provide guests with any help they provide to make their stay memorable and very comfortable. However I'm very happy to leave guests alone to just relax on their own if that is what pleases them the most. Other things to note Guests enjoy the pleasure of being by the seaside, seeing the kite boarders skimming over the water, walking along the beachfront to nearby cafes that serve excellent coffee and meals or riding along the beachfront on the bikes available for use. There are also good park walks beside the sea both in Altona and Williamstown. Getting into the city is very easy by public transport with a 20 minute train ride taking you into Melbourne and all the delights of a very sophisticated and metropolitan city. This cottage is located right at the beginning of the Great Ocean Road, making it an excellent starting point for the big adventure of seeing this spectacular ocean beachfront.
