The space The flat is large and spacious, situated on the first floor, and has its own private entrance and parking area. There is a large sitting room and separate bedroom, both looking onto a beautiful old oak tree at the rear of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking facilities, including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine Guest access Guests have the use of a pretty little garden area just below the flat but are also welcome to stroll in the grounds of the main house, including the walled kitchen garden which is a beautiful place for a cup of tea or glass of wine! Other things to note Please note - the local hounds are in kennels across the road from the Flat. Whilst they have rarely been mentioned by our guests, visitors should be aware that at times, they will bark and this can sometimes be heard when inside the Flat.
