Guest access Guests have access to the outdoor Swimming Pool located on the 6th floor (open 6 am to 8 pm for registered guests except on Mondays when the pool get cleaned) and Gym. Other things to note The Studio Apartment is cleaned and sanitized after every check-out. Bed linen, towels and other essentials are replaced. We take pride in providing our guests a comfortable and healthy staycation. We don't offer Hotel service and provide toiletries. Please note that our property is located in a tropical environment where pests, like cockroaches, bugs, etc. can occasionally appear despite our monthly professional pest control services. We take cleanliness seriously and have regular treatments to ensure a comfortable stay. Laundry and cleaning during the stay should be done by the guests unless requested for a special arrangement upon reservation. MPORTANT: The building administrator requires all guests to submit a copy of their ID, so guests must send us a copy of their IDs once bookings are confirmed. Please be advised that for weekend bookings, all IDs must be sent to us on or before Friday's latest lunch time. Any damaged or missing (bedsheets & towels, furniture, etc.) or other items will be charged additionally, so please treat them with care as like yours. Early CHECK-IN or Late CHECK-OUT is subject to availability and has a fee of Php 250/per hour.
